SHIPPING 

1. I paid for express shipping but I am in a country which requires customs duty. How can I deal with this?

In consideration of our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control we can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. But we will process the refund of your payment for express shipping (if you have paid) to your account within 24 hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

2. It is urgent that I receive my order through express shipping.

LocStar Revolution is happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Notice: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping. 

  1. APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

APO / FPO MILITARY MAIL EXPLAINED

What is an APO address or an FPO address? APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with Navy installations and ships. 

What does "APO" mean?
 
"APO" stands for "Army Post Office". It is normally followed by a number which serves as a code for a particular military unit or installation. APOs were often mobile, and moved with the units to which they were attached. Thus, a cover with an APO cancellation could have been mailed from any of several different locations, depending on the date. Other abbreviations that mean basically the same thing are MPO (Military Post Office) and BFPO (British Forces Post Office).

Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use a special ZIP Code.

All APO / FPO shipments must be made by using the United States Post Office (USPS).

Please note that some items cannot be shipped by APO / FPO. If you have questions, please contact us before placing any order so we can answer your questions.

 As a Veteran-owned business, we love our military customers and will do everything within our power to make sure you can enjoy the same shopping experiences as the rest of our customers. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses but there might be additional delivery days based on your location. Our suppliers and manufacturers are national and international. Please contact us to receive the most accurate tracking, shipping and delivery information for your destination.

For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it. 

DELIVERY 

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we received your payment.

Your order will ship AFTER you receive your tracking number.

Attention: If you choose the FREE SHIPPING option with signature verification, your parcel will be directly delivered to your home only one time or it will be sent to your local post office. You need your tracking number and a form of personal identification (ID) to collect your items. We will inform you immediately once your parcel has been sent out.

 What is item “processing time”?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Assurance Control (QAC) to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 1-4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. You will be contacted via email if the product is found to be out of stock after the order has been submitted.

Customs: Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Rate Shipping and China Post times have been affected.

Major Chinese holidays: Chinese National Day (1st October every year) and Chinese Lunar New Year. Delivery times can be affected due to the impact on manufacturers, suppliers and courier companies. Please remember to plan ahead during these holiday periods.

Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, LocStar Revolution.com has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
